Are pets allowed on the property for weddings?

Absolutely, we love when your fur babies are apart of your special day! We do have a few rules for your pet while on the property to ensure safety for your pet.

Do we have to choose vendors off your preferred vendor list?

No! We have an open vendor policy, you have freedom to choose your own vendors! The only vendor we require approval of is your bartender - as they MUST be a licensed and properly insured company.

Are there any additional fees on top of the wedding package pricing?

We require event insurance and if you will be having alcohol at your wedding we do require a security guard present which is $250 due the day of the event in cash (we handle hiring the security)

Is an event planner required for my wedding?

We do not require you having a licensed wedding planner but you MUST have a day of coordinator OR someone who will be acting as your day of coordinator. We find that a wedding day goes much smoother with vendors and guests when you have an appointed person running the show.

Do you allow same sex couples?

ABSOLUTELY. All our wanted and welcome at our venue always!

Can you recommend vendors?

Absolutely! We have an incredible preferred vendor list with vendors ranging in pricing who have all worked events at our venue and we love their work and trust them! Even if you don't book with us, we would love to share our vendor list with you!

What is the alcohol policy?

All alcohol for standard weddings must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.

Can our wedding go past the standard 10pm rental time?

The city of Forest Park has a noise ordinance in place, if you are wanting time added on to your package we are able to offer that with an added fee by the hour. We will have to submit a noise permit with the city of Forest Park to be compliant!

Can we shoot off fireworks?

We do not allow fireworks of any kind, this is a strictly enforced rule by the City of Forest Part! We have other great send off ideas you can do!

How many people can sleep on the property for the All Inclusive Package?

There are 4 bedrooms on the property, 12 people can sleep comfortably in beds available! If you want more guests to stay on the property we absolutely allow that and can be discussed!

Do you have a military discount?

Yes we do!
